___________

(Reading John 15, KJV1611, a water baptism excerpt.)

I am the true vine, and my Father is the husbandman.

Every branch in me that beareth not fruit he taketh away:

and every branch that beareth fruit, he purgeth it, that it may bring forth more fruit.

Now ye are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you.

Abide in me, and I in you.

As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine;

no more can ye, except ye abide in me.

(God’s prophecy.)

10 You must abide in my Word, says the Lord.

11 Abide in the Word you heard my way, thus saith the Lord.

12 Abide in my way and let not distraction from left to right

13 distract you from my Word thus saith the Lord; but go forth in my Word.

14 My Word, read my Word. Step in my Word, read it. Know my Word

15 and thou shall have the strength, the strength to keep your mind shut from sin

16 and from Satan, my enemy, who will not disturb thee, thus saith the Lord.

17 Oh, read my Word and thou shall have a stable mind,

18 thou shall go forth with such a patience, the patience of my Spirit, a fruit of my Spirit, thus saith the Lord.
